legacy, You have to download and install Power ISO 4.7 which is listed above as: TO USE .iso FILES DOWNLOAD THIS. I've used this program for a long time and it works well.
If you are new to .iso's then you are in for a learning process.
The MS Office file is an .iso file and Power ISO will open it up and the way I use it is to either burn it to a DVD (RW) or install it on a flash drive. Just click on the setup.exe and it will install the program.

Brilliant! Excellent stuff. I have ms 2007 and upgraded to standard 2010. It took a while but it's worth it. I use power iso, works perfectly. thanks a million thethingy!
