Thanks for this.The files needed to run the game on kmeaw firmware 3.55 with multiman. Can be found here.

The game only runs in Mirror mode from external drive.
Mount with multiman then run from XMB with select + X.
Don't forget to leave a legit Blue Ray disk in drive, any disk will do.
