THIS WORKS LIKE A CHARM!
Read the instructions, and set all executable files on Windows 98-mode, en run every exe. file as administrator.
Then run 95.exe in 256 color modus, with 640x resoultion. Then it's running perfectly. :).

I downloaded so far 3 different red alerts 1 and all of them either dont have the aftermath or have no cut scenes. If this one is working and got the cut scenes, I love you :D Only if you didn't steal the torrent from someone else ofc ;)
