REPLY: THIS WORK PERFECTLY FINE for those who are getting the ogre_vid error or something. just reset yer console after you are prompted to save in chaptr nine then insert disk 2!!!!!! I saved after chapter 9 and it prompted to save and I overwrite previous save game and then getting "ogre_vid error" I reset the PS2 and trying with disc 2 and it wont work (Tilts in main menu). What to do?

i am playing the game if i finished the game without prob i will tell you the method that i used.

it is ok all you need is to merge the game and play it discless on console
things you need:
1-apachi 2 or 3
2_imageburn
3_usb advance iso image
4_usb utility
use google for these files
this one is work with euro version i am not to the us ver.
1-make image file from dvd1 and 2
2-open apachi and extract the content of the 2 dvds into a folder name yakuza
3-open imageburnt and build iso image from yakuza folder
4-open usb utility plug your external hard drive make sure it is in fat32 system,and make game from iso image>
5-insert a cd in your dvd drive and burn usb advance .
6-put the cd in your ps2 wait until the program finish loading .
7-eject cd plug your external hd press x and enjoy.

Is it possible to merge the images then burn it to a DVD9? In this case, do I need any special settings on ImgBurn, such as layer break? And at what speed should I burn a DVD9, 2.4x?

Niggers, please. All you gotta do to make this shit work is patch it with Toxic DVD9 Patcher. Just google Toxic Patcher and get it off isozone. Most AVs will shout at it for being a virus, but it's a false positive.
This works both on PS2s with the Independence Exploit, Free McBoot and regular bootchips.
