it always takes a little while for the seeding to get started. Once it does you can really help out by continuing to seed after you download. Note that I usually try to double seed when I put up a new torrent (seed from 2 different computers/isp's) - but it is thanks to the many d/l's who continue to seed afterward that my stuff remains here (see some of my earlier u/l's)
