Hum..... how would I go about sorting them out so I could watch them in order? They all have file names like 91EFC7BA_GMTBP_video4_d9-1.flv. Cmon.

Tizz a bit of a pain but just make initial directories based on the last few character sets of the file names, directories i 1st made are;
v1, v2, v3d5, v4d9, v4cont, v5d10, v6d13, v7d14.
Then just select each flv file with the same ending characters & copy them into there given directories, File name eg's; BDAE9794_GMTBP_video6_d13-0
80CEBE24_GMTBP_video6_d13-1
C76EC4F4_GMTBP_video6_d13-2
So these initially go in ur v6d13 directory for example...
23CF1BAA_GMTBP_video4_d9-6
& This and others go in (d) - v4d9
The last digit in the file names is obviously the video sequence number.
Then later all files & folders can be renamed based on the content & titles within the vids.
