can someone tell me why when i download a movie the sound doesn't play, but it sounds all scratchy everytime? for every movie!

@Fitzgerald88: download VLC, it plays all ur movies, it as probably the sowftware u using to play the movies! (take it as a suggestion, not a must, is up to u)
