the DAT file cannot be opened.
to use a program, open the EXE file.

It doesn't run. When I try to open "Microsoft Office Access 2003 Pro Portable.exe" appears a message that says "Lauching MSACCESS.exe" and many other things, but it doesn't open. Could you please help me? I really need it... :S
