The Magneti Marelli Navidrive systems used in Citroën and Peugeot all use the same cd's
They are suitable for RT3 (G2), RT4 and RT5
G2 = 2nd generation RT3 which is achieved by updating the system software as outlined below:
How do you know if you have the correct software version?
1) Switch the power on
2) Hold down the MENU button until you get the extended menu
3) Select DEVICE DESCRIPTION
4) The software version will then appear
If your software version exceeds 5.5 or 6.6 then your software has been upgraded. If your system software has not been upgraded I advise you to obtain the latest Software-updates 5.53 or 6.63
Update procedure
Have the engine on and idling
Eject your SIM-Card in case you receive a call during the update
Insert the proper CD
See message "Data Check" / "Daten werden überprüft"
See the box with the progress bar
Note the restart of the RT3
See the start screen with logo and progress indicator (percentage) in the lower right corner (Do not eject the CD then!)
Note that the system counts two, sometimes three times to 100%
Note that the CD is being ejected and re-inserted automatically during that procedure (Colour version only). Don't touch it in this case.
See again RT3 screen with message "Loading Data" / "Daten werden geladen"
The CD will be ejected a 2nd time and it stays out. Sometimes, however, it's being reloaded again and must be ejected manually.

There are two different sets of CD for 2009-2010 maps: one set for RT3 and one for RT4/5. Unfortunately, RT4/5 files are not compatible with the RT3 system.
I'd really appreciate if somebody could upload 2009-210 maps for RT3.

Read my post above, this lines:

If your system cannot read this maps, than u didn't update it to RT3 G2 version. Read whole article and download appropriate update from this site:

Hi,
I would be happy if you were right :)
I have RT3, software version 6.61 and these CDs are not recognized. According to your instructions, 6.61 version "exceeds" 6.6, so it should be enough. So should I work to upgrate to 6.63, or its really not compatible CDs?

U could try to update your system to 6.63 version !
Remember, update on your own risk ;)
If I find out somth else, I will inform u.

It seems that RT3 G2 firmware update doesn't help.
There is no way that RT3 or RT3 G2 update run RT4-5 maps -- sorry guys :)

Hi! Thanks a lot. But only one question. I want scandinavia and I compress the scandinavia map. But I cant found any ".exe or setup-files"?
How should I do for copy the map to the cd? Or is it so simple so I only copy all files in scandinavia map in a cd and after that run i my car?
