Come on, x264 is the best codec for this and it needs a new format like mp4 or mkv (a very versatile one) for best results.
Most people download to watch on the pc only so quality first.
Also, season 3 was the first one made in 16/9 instead of 4/3 aspect ratio so thanks for a great release.

I appreciate the up, but I'm curious about something. I already have most of these as AVIs, except for 2 which are crappy WMVs and are being replaced by the episodes in this torrent. They are 768x432 x264, and they are smaller than these, around 190MB each.
I have no problem with MKVs. I have many videos that use the format for highly compressed, quality HD video. Why are these so big?

The only problem I have with mkvs is that my Sony N100 can't play them, and conversion is a pain in the ass...

Its not a pain. At least not for me. I use WinAvi Converter cracked version of course. Besides if watching on pc, there is a codec now avail to watch with windows media player as well.
