The Game Directory is the file where you installed the Game to.
You have to Copy + Paste the Crack to: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Sims 3\Game\Bin and REPLACE it by the existing one!

You cán play the Game, but you will get a screen telling you that your version is not legal, and it isn't, because you didn't buy the Game. In the white screen with the text that your Sims version is not legal, you would normally see EA and The Sims 3 news.

OK, I have not been able to get this to work. I have windows 7 ( home premium) x86. So far I have install the sims 3.( I'm using razor 1911 maxspeed) When I try to patch it (not crack it) it will not update. I either get invalid file or it's not the right region. I was told that you cannot update with an official patch, but others have said they got it to update with an official patch. If an official patch doesn't work, Where do you get the pirated patches at? I have uninstalled ea update manager. When I try to change the version manually by going to game/bin Deafult it will not let me save the changes. It says access denied. Will someone with windows 7 PLEASE tell me how they got this to work! I am using magic iso. I DO NOT understand why I can't get this to work and everyone else seems to be having no troubles. I got this game to work exactly once and then ea download manger tried to update the game again but it only said invalid file and I couldn't play the game anymore. I also tried the whole Hlocal key/software thing and I never see a folder that says the sims 3. Why isn't this working for me? Why can everyone else but me get this to work? And you should be able to copy and paste the file with no problem or restriction however if windows tell you that you dont have permission, you can get this program called take ownership off of google. but you shouldnt have to do all that. Once you mount the ISO with daemon, try going to My Computer and right click and select "Open" or "Explore" the drive with the CD. There should be folder inside named "Crack" with the files you need.

You forgot to replace the original Game '.exe' with the Cracked one. Do the following to fix this problem:
Open the '# Crack' file in the .rar you Downloaded and copy + paste the 'TS3.exe' to the 'Game Directory > Game > Bin'; standard this will be: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin and REPLACE it by the existing one. The Game should work now.

The blue screen of death is a problem with The Sims 3, which EA doesn't have a fix for. It's a random problem. You could try to Install our Ambitions release from www.games4theworld.org and after Installing apply our Ambitions fix:
There's a small chance that it'll fix your problem.

First, Mount both Images. When the Installation asks for Disk 1, click 'Browse' and select óne of the two Mounted Images. If you get an error, just click the other Image you Mounted. When the Installation asks for Disk 2, do the same. The Installation should go on now.

I have run into one problem, however. I'll try explaining it as well as I can, but I may just end up sounding confusing, so bare with me.
I've gotten to the step where you Copy+Paste the # Crack TS3.exe file into Game Directory > Game > Bin, but that's where my problems lie. I can't seem to find where that is, even with what you provided to Bagle1054: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
If it helps, I'm using utorrent, I did use WinRar, and I mounted with DAEMON Tools Lite. I'm also running on the 32-bit Windows Vista, if I'm not mistaken.

Oh, and to help narrow down the problem a bit, I think I found where it may supposed to be, but the only folders there are "Downloads", "Exports", "InstalledWorlds", "Recorded Videos", and "Screenshots".
I found this, instead of under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin", in "C:\Users\Emerald Mermaid\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3".

okay, so I downloaded the torrent. I mounted both disks. First: It doesnt ask me for the code... it asks me for the sunset valley cache... where is the sunset valley cache? I know its in one of the disks but everytime I try to "insert" the disk it says it cant find it and that its not the riht one. I tried both of them and I can't seem to get it! Please help I suck at this

Works on Mac except I don't think you need disc 1 for Mac, it never asks. also When I place the crack from "# Crack" into my base game folder. and open up the launcher this comes up:

For some reason, when I install the game, it gets to the point where it asks for disk one, and it stops working. I have the disks both mounted and everything, but when i pick where the disk is mounted and select it, it says that it can't find the file in this path. For those of you having the sunset Valley.objectcache problem, run the installer from autorun.exe instead of using sims3setup.exe. This fixed the issue for me after i nearly threw computer out window lol.

I needed to reinstall the game but when I wanted to mout the StartDisk the installation guide was all in Japanese or Chinese. There were a few options but they were all in J or C and I tried them all. Still no English. Do you know what could be causing this issue?

worked,thanks.Also,a small tip for those who have problem with space...after installing the game(putted the crack and soo on),go in utorrent(bittorrent or whatever,hat client you use) and delete the torrent+data.You shold save space now,do this is others.I have done this and I have now 25 GB to enjoy:P

-The version contains an update to 1.55.

okay, whoever reads this got some fancy instructions for you :) Download this torrent (The Sims 3 Base Game) then, download The Sims 3 Into The Future expansion pack. now instaill both as instructed. after these 2 do this with every single expansion pack / Stuff packs:
1. Open the "Instruction" note on the .rar and copy the Key / one of the keys that is given at some point.
2. open the .exe file and install it update if necessary.
^ follow and everything should work just fine HAVE FUN!

Oh yeh, and IF the instruction that comes with the .rar file tells you to copy crack into the EXPANSIONS / STUFF PACKS directory do some. you can completly ignore the "copy crack to The Sims 3 Directory" part.

Downloaded and installed on three different computers to date, one running windows 7, one running windows 8 and another on windows 8.1
Spectacular provider, never had a virus, never had any kind of problem when following their instructions. If you're new to this it may seem daunting at first, but persevere! It's not as complicated as it seems.
I haven't tried all of the EPs but I have tried Into the Future, University, Seasons, Generations, Supernatural and Late Night. All have worked perfectly for me!
