Nice upload.. But i'm still missing The Takeda, Tokugawa & Uesugi clan intro. Also currently just finished short campaign, i get the become shogun movie, but didn't get victory campaign movie. Anyone experience this also? thanks

Finally decide to extract the movie pack files & watch them with bink player.
The results are most of them are playable, except some clans intro, all of the victory movies & an unknown movie file named "tut_out.bik".
I really hope KaOsKrew will release a v2 version with all of the movies playable.
Still it's a nice addon anyway. Keep up the good work :)

I think I found the problem. The last poster gave me an idea. I opened movies2.pack up and noticed that the Tokugawa START folder had 2 movies in there. There should only be 1. When I went to the Tokugawa END folder, I noticed there wasn't any movie files there.
Unfortunately these BINK videos were scrambled so I couldn't use RAD Tools to initially play the videos. I had to use a program called FMV-Extractor to analyze the file and then it allowed RAD Tools to play the file. You actually need RAD Tools installed for this to work.
The software I used to extract the .PACK files was Pack File Manager. I received a .NET Framework error message when I tried to replace the Tokugawa START and END fsm_tok.bik files.
So if someone knows how to actually repack this, it should work theoretically. My thinking is that it messed up loading the movie files for the Takeda, Tokugawa, and Uesugi movie files because the Tokugawa files were packed wrong. The only thing I can think of is that these clans are in this exact order on the selection screen.
From my Neverwinter Night modding days, there was always a file that needed to read any modifications added. I wonder if there is another file that must read these .pack files. Anyhow, I'm gonna keep working at it. Hopefully someone can post a solution if this doesn't work.
I feel like I helped start the ground work for it, but this is my first time actually opening .PACK files.

Yep that was the problem. However, the video files for the Tokugawa and Takeda were placed wrong. I'm gonna fix these files and see if I can post a link. Someone else can post a Torrent of the fix as long as they put my call name Bad213Boy on it.
Also, I found a .pack extractor program that actually works:

Seems as if the Videos were OK, but there's someone wrong with the Subtitle. I'll keep working. I don't know if there's another missed placed file or what. Maybe someone can help me figure this out.

Apparently a lot of the videos were in the wrong place. I fixed all the STARTING intros with the exception to the Takeda. Apparently the the Tokagawa's intro was placed there, which is probably why you don't have a starting video for the Takeda.
There are quite a few ending videos missing. The Mori, Oda, Takeda, and Uesugi are all missing.
If I could get my hands on these videos I could probably fix them. I'll keep looking. I'm gonna try and install other versions of Shogun 2 to see if I can get extract these videos and repack them to work as they should.
