Sims 2 Complete (July 2008)

NOTE: I took the following torrent (http://torrents.thepiratebay.se/3804184/Sims_2_Complete.3804184.TPB.torrent) uploaded by count0nz and added Teen Style, Free Time, Kitchen & Bath, and IKEA Home Stuff. I believe this completely updates The Sims 2 as of July 2008. I also tried to simplify things, tweaked the instructions and included the only crack necessary to run the game if all of the included expansions are installed. EXPLANATION: To run the game with all included content, it is only necessary to run the latest Expansion Pack executable. Some expansions do not introduce a new executable. As of the IKEA Home Stuff expansion, the executable that needs to be cracked is Sims2SP7.exe. Crack this file and run it ONLY and it doesn't matter if any of the other expansion executables are cracked or not. If you start applying cracks and shit before you've installed all of the included expansions, then you're on your own. =-) * * * * *IMPORTANT!! * * * * FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET A PROBLEM-FREE INSTALLATION! If something goes wrong, uninstall one by one and start over. 1. Each numbered folder contains a CD image file (or two). Mount them in order and install (I used Alcohol 120%). Most of them gave me some kind of EREG error when it Auto-ran but I just ignored it and proceeded. Also, after each installation, the installer will generally try to start the game, but it will not recognize the mounted CD image. Just click ok and Quit the installer. Some of the later expansions are in a language other than English. As long as you choose English as your language in the installer, it seems to work ok. 2. Run the file sims2ep7_patch1_13_0_161.exe to update The Sims 2: Free Time. 3. NOTE: Before completing this step, I would rename the existing Sims2SP7.exe executable. You can find it in C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Free Time\TSBin. I renamed it to Sims2SP7.ex_. This will allow you to undo the crack at a later time if needed. Copy the Sims2SP7.exe file in the Crack folder to C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Free Time\TSBin. 3. Then, just make sure you only ever start the game by running Sims2SP7.exe and all should be good. 4. See this site (http://www.modthesims2.com) to address compatibility problems between expansion packs. MAJOR FUCKING UPDATE!!!! Hello again. Just wanted to say that the cracks, the sims 2, all expansions up to celebration stuff did work for me (folders 01 - 10). After that, daemon tools gives me errors when trying to mount the files. I truly hope this works for all who attempted to get this great torrent. Great job anyways aeronomer!!!!!

A difference between the repack (August 2008) at this orig (July 2008) is this:
This original package contains some files not found in the repack. These files seem to be critical to the running of the entire set, and they are:
/Crack/Sims2EP7.exe (stuck at 96.%)
/Installation Instructions.txt (stuck at 0%)
/sims2ep7_patch1_13_0_161.exe (stuck at 95.9%)
It's pretty ironic that out of the entire 12GB the only stuff not 100% there are the actual cracks. What's up with that? Am I being paranoiac about this seeming highly suspect?
Also, is it really the case that this repack (August) requires only serials?
Maybe I'm just missing something, like these files are easily available somewhere else. Does anyone have any thoughts about all this?
