No, the video bitrate is NOT too low. H264 was created to outperform other video codecs (XviD/DivX) at half the bitrate and with each new patched build of the x264 encoder it's compression abilities continue to improve. SecretMyth's figured it out.
This video is EXCELLENT quality at such a small file size. Awesome is the only word to describe it. :)
