Hey, I new at this. Need some help. I followed instructions to install. First time I opened the program, the Licence Agreement pops up. I can press Accept, Decline and Cancel. Nothing works and can't get passed it. What do I need to do?

lately ever time I open the app I get the BSOD page_fault in non paged area message...I ran the clean/install tool kit and also the repair mode from Adobe Acrobat but nothing seems to work. I cannot even remove the program without this BSOD happening. Hosts file is ine...Any suggestions to resolve this? I have a lot of your downloads that all work perfectly, in fact this one (Acrobat) works great n my desktop only problem on my laptop. Please help!
