uninstall it with the tool in the description then reinstall it, if you have any of the adobe apps that have these components or have had any of these apps then remove all adobe apps with the tool and reinstall;

I'm not quite sure what this will do that Audacity won't do (and do for free I might add) but I'll have a look and see.
Download was fast and complete. scanned clean of malware installed easy, and it loads the audio file. 100% good.

it installes completely but when i want to run the program it sais; licensing for this product has stopped working. this product has a encountered a problem which requires to restart your computer before it can be launched.
i tried to restart it many times, but it still doesn't work. -.- please help? =(

can someone explain steps 5 & 6.
for step 5 I go t the folder but when i open it I have hundred different entries none of which say:

Hi, followed the Instructions to the letter and the installation went okay but the SB App file is missing.
I've tried two download with same result (total clean and restart between) plus I did get notice of "some files corrupt" both times.
Is there a way of downloading the .exe file and just pasting in Prog hoping this is all that's wrong?
