I dont think it gets easier than this for redsn0w includes ipsw this should jailbreak any 2G ipod touch oh yea if downgrading ur firmware... before restoring w/ itunes u have to go into DFU mode hold home and power for 10 secs exactly let go of power but keep holding home for 30 more secs then your in DFU

the restore doesnt take place as they show an unknown error has occured .and honestly i dont know what happens after jailbreak takes place even if it did happen correctly.this one seems to be a flop.
