Much of the unnecessary exposition and the more annoying elements of the film is removed. Overall 20 minutes were cut for a way more intense ride through the infected streets of London. Original film name: 28 Weeks Later New film name: 27 Weeks Later... Film studio name: Fox Atomic Pictures/DNA Films Original runtime: 90 minutes New runtime: 70 minutes Amount of time cut: 20 minutes Cuts removed/added/extended: * Changed all instances of "28" to "27" keeping consistent with the CBB edit of 28 Days Later. * Less soldiers * No "entering London" sequence * Don no longer follows his kids * Includes digitally removing Don from two shots * Also reduced much of the sight of him as an Infected * Underground sequence is audio only (no video, total darkness) * Rescored Leaving Britain sequence (it was at this point where In The House - In A Heartbeat was overused) * Recut the Leaving Britain sequence to fit the music * Some custom credits Software used: * Sony Vegas Pro 8 * The GIMP (for digital character removal) ------- About this file: * Container: MPEG-4 * Video: H.264 * Audio: AAC Stereo A full DVD version is in the works. Because it's not some cheap cut and paste job. A person with an actual life edited this, in their very limited spare time, purely for fun. If you don't get it, then don't bother with this at all. If you hit and run on this torrent and any other of mine (that is, download the whole thing and don't bother to seed) you thoroughly deserve to have your ISP poison your torrents.

Hmm... I'm interested in seeing this if only for the reason that the original was so anticipated yet the final release was so god-awful disappointing. Taking Don out of much of it sounds like a big step in the right direction.
