Mine doesnt work?, i copyed the folders to the space i wanted them and i get an error??, maybe it would have been a good idea to be abit more detailed when you are telling people how to exstract files instead of just saying exstract file to folder and use, cos it didnt just work like that for me.

The "icuuc40.dll" error is a legit one. I even tried copying that DLL from somewhere else into the system32 folder and registering it with regsvr32 but no dice.
The DLL is for Spoon Studio 2011, which is the software that was used to virtualize this. Clearly you guys who got this working installed some other software at some point that included the requisite files, because this one doesn't work out of the box on Windows 7 Pro / Ultimate / Home.
