The complete Warcraft3:Reign of Chaos, and Thr Frozen Throne with online play and singleplayer. Note: the online multiplayer is not battle.net, it is a private server. You just do the install, it's all in the readme, it's very easy. (although I tried to do it on a friend's Vista computer, and online wouldn't work for some reason)

To connect, you just hit the Battle.net button in the main menu.

Yes the cd key does not matter , other ppl can use the same one.
