dude mine says something about you have to have the extended files in the same folder. you cannot continue. please download all the files and try again

I'm having a problem as well. When I click the APEX9_Win_WEB_WWEFG.exe I get an error saying "the archive file is missing..." and that I need all files in the same folder.
