You have to change the destinations of the folder

Right click on the install for Half Life 2 or for Counterstrike, depending on what one you are downloading, and click edit. A windows note pad looking thing should pop up. Under Location it should say "Type the location (source directory) where all GCFs are stored below after the = sign. Leave blank for default." and it will have a location to look for the cfg's. you have to change this to the correct folder where the cfg's are located or it will not download. Mine, for example, was C:UsersJacobDownloadscss hl2css hl2CSS
*Note: You cant download/play Counterstirke without first downloading Half Life 2 so make sure you do that.*
