Why the SUOMI subtitles doesn't work in 13? I can't open the this srt -file with any subtitle tool program either.

try Afterdawn for help wit subtitles!

You have to change subtitles code from UNICODE to ANSI (with notepad), open and then save it with ANSI code, then these subtitles working very well.
