ok... I blocked rome.exe in windows firewall by adding the file then unchecking the box. this does not work. other postings say to yank the cable... this works for me.

If you are having issues with the serial number do this
Open a CMD Prompt as an Admin (right click on CMD in the start menu and select "run as administrator"
Then paste this into the box
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Block Kalypso Grand Ages Rome" dir=out profile=any remoteip=94.75.242.20 remoteport=40009 protocol=TCP action=block

P.S. With another torrent I had the same problem as Holy ... with the cursor and the black screen. Anyone else?
I haven't tried with this torrent though.

Nope, same as before and as holy ... : Black screen with cursor. If you press f5 this thingy comes up at the top aswell ...
