If i try opening anno it says, cant find DirectX, so isnt working for me :/

if it says can't find directx, just go to microsoft's download page and get the directx web installer, it will get all the 9.0x missing files you need.
does not seem to work on 7 rtm x64

if you are having trouble with it, try installing it on a different machine and copying the files over (worked for me, using razor crack)
