If you use VLC you do not worry about 99.9 %...

Thanks all - there are no seeds but with 9 peers it took less than an hour to download 99.8% and it does appear to work fine in VLC as Andan said.

Okay, it turns out the movie comes through at 100% no problem. It's only the srt file (footnotes) that have no seed (the .1% that doesn't come thru).
