Eset detected what this effectively is, a Win32/HackTool.Patcher.A, that means a HackTool and a Patcher. Scanned by VirusTotal it gets a bunch of hits as a Trojan Backdoor, but if you run it in Sandboxie it doesn't do anything else than patching the program. A typical case of false positive...
