If you download something and you see that you are the only seeder, and there are a dozen peers, THAT'S the time to keep seeding, irregardless of whether you've met your seeding percentage!
I recently saw someone was finally seeding this, so I started downloading only to have the only seeder quit when I was at 95%. Was that something FUNNY to do?
