Thanks for the upload. Looks like a handy orchestral sketchpad for laptop work. Large number of synth / effects gimmicks suggests average quality (they are only 16 bit) / much used sounds (this is the third release for this library if it's the Miroslav Vitous one as I suspect). But if it's as low on overhead as reviews suggest it's certainly worth a try.
But why doesn't anyone work on the high end of sample libraries anymore?

OK! I got it working. But the registration is difficult. After punching the DIGITAL ID number and hit Generate, it gives me an error like (DON'T SEND)

First great effort from the uploader.
As for the VSt package I'm actually shocked at how bad it is. Teh sounds are thin and weak. They are difficult to play and dont inspire.
Placing all the samples as per orchestra position, while in theory an din real life is great, it doesnt work well at all in VST format. All the strings are sample panned to the left and your automatic response is to pan in the middle. But when you do this the sounds lose much cohesion.
Ive never liked IK multimedia stuff and this again reinforces my view.
yes, its free and we shouldn't complain..im not. I can now safely delete this 15 gigabytes of worthless samples without a second thought. An dthis is exactly why I like to try before buying

For those who cannot get it to work as an VST plugin (like me) i found a way around it! :)
I use Cubase 5, so if you use another DAW it may not be exactly like this.
1. First i create a new Audio channel
The i insert Miroslav Philharmonik as a plugin
2. Make a new MIDI track and in your mixer select the midi channel and it output and choose the philharmonik (it's probably the last one on the list)
Hope this helps all of you!
And yes the keygen works! Just disable your antivirus prog or something like that...

How to register:
1. Choose product (IK Multimedia Miroslav Philharmonik v1.x)
2. Generate.
3. Copy the serial --->>PLK10-xxxxxxxx-xxxxx
4. Click next.
5. Choose 1st option (no, this is the first time bla bla bla..).
6. Click next.
7. Choose 2nd option (connect using another computer)
8. Click next.
9. Copy digital id to keygen, and then generate.
10. You'll know the rest :)

hello im trying to get this to work for FL studio 8, opened both the CDs with powerISO then extracted and installed everything and now i dont know what to do... i cant find any new files/programs and ive gone into FL studio on the channels part and tried refreshing it to see if it had worked, but i couldnt see it and knew it wouldnt work cos i didnt go through any registration or putting in serial numbers...any help would be appreciated! i got it to work on my other comp but for the life of me cant remember what i did there

The secret is to understand how the keygen works. For the keygen to give you all the information you need you must have all the boxes filled out. First you select the product, then it will generate a serial number. Dont close out of this and if you did already simply copy thats erial number back in or repeat the process. To fill the remaining boxes you must enter in that serial number(from the keygen) into the place where its asked during the registration process(from the program youre registering). After doing this you select the first option(new) and then go to the next page and select the second option(another computer) and when you do it will give you your serial number along with your digital id. Now type that into the keygen and with 3 out of 4 boxes filled you can now get the 4th box to give you the authorization code. After typing it in where asked you are good to go. be sure and load the sound libraries though via typical iso methods of transferring iso disc data to a folder.

AMAZING torrent & AMAZING VST to have!
A must!!!
- Use the "Installer"
- Install "DVD 1 & 2" .rar
- Run "Sound Updater"
- Use Keygen for activation
Make sure to use the "OTHER COMPUTER" option on the Keygen & then use the info given to PUT into the keygen.
You'll get the hang of it.
PS: Only con is that when you use the VST, you have to always choose the direction of the instruments. I can't get it to work to where I have ALL instruments at once

If you guys are not hearing the sounds its because you didn't run Philharmonik 1.1b Sounds Updater.exe and point it to your instruments folder.

It automatically points to your instruments folder. I updated and all still no sound. I believe I tried this a few months back and had the same problem. I installed all of the instruments to the same folder as the plug in itself, including the update.
