Well, the audio, and visual, is DVD quality. As for the film... it's worth watching. 6.7/10.

Krimsonhascake, you need to get off that stuff...seriously. To clear this up, there IS some odd sounds during the time points mentioned. However, the entire time frame is when the main character is spazzing out in the car. I will not go into any more detail than that for those that have not seen the movie. The sounds that you heard are a part of the movie itself. I confirmed this by viewing another version of this movie.
As to the quality of the movie, not very good. Yes, this is a DVDRip but the quality is sub-par to other DVDRips. Also, the screen resolution is piss poor (516*276).
