In terms of quality, I did quite a bit of work getting this to look good (Original video transmission is similar to SciFi-Sumo uploads). I think NHK is bouncing their feeds off sputnik before broadcasting overseas because the quality was absolutely horrible and their NTSC>PAL conversion equipment is pretty awful too. Another interesting thing I noticed is that there is a member from the Japanese boy band, V6, in the audience (Tamari/Ring-Side Seats, East Side).
I saw one of the Japanese Iron Chefs in most of the days from the Osaka tournament in March as well.
