i tried opening every file i could find with notepad++

having the same problem. downloaded the file, then gives a new error for the msidcrl40.dll file. After downloading that file he won't start annymore!!
and i cant read this lenguage so can anyone fix that too?

Ok, I downloaded it, the game runs correctly I didn't have any errors BUT I can't change the language to English (as you guys so)...
Maybe I am lame and the answer is in front of my eyes but I think I have already wasted so much time for this instead of downloading one another version of that game...
