DO A CLEAN INSTALL
(Use original GTAIV.exe, GTAIVGDF.dll, etc)
Replace LaunchGTAIV.exe with provided launcher
Run GTA IV from Rockstar Games Social Club (RGSC)

Put that file in the main folder (make sure you haven't been cracking some other files in folder, because everything needs to be original before applying this crack)

Okey guys. For all of you with "drunken cam" problems..
What you need to do is to go into you Device Manager and
disable your current Network adapter. Make sure you are not connected
to internet. After that lunch Rockstar Games Social Club from desktop.
Click "Skip Login" after that click "play" then the "You are not currently
logged into Social Club" window pops up. Now to the IMPORTANT part:
go back to your Device Manager and enable your network adapter. after
that click "Ok".
when you come into the game you will se that the social club is conected.

FIX for ? FATAL ERROR WS10? (it?s about the xlive program) u have to manually install the xlive redis from the dvd u browse and u go to GTA IV folder then to the Redistributable folder and u install the ?xliveredist ? program afther that u copy the 3 files that start with the name xlive from (Windows - System 32 ) into the folder where GTA IV is installed and restart the comp then start the game (mine started) i have a low end comp amd x2 4000+(2,1ghz) 2 gb ram 667 and a 8500 gt 512 ddr 2 (oc by myself) and the game runs preaty good in low setting !! hope that this can help u guys !!!

I have a question though. I want to enter some cheats. To do this you have to dial a phone nr, but I'm not able to dial any number. When I bring up the phone I just see 2 options: "multiplayer" and "video editor" but I can't enter any nr. Is this a limitation of the crack or am I doing something wrong?
