Note 2: there is some confusion about what LCCD episode was re-run exactly. All the TV listings, episode lists and guides state it was the Kat Von D/LMFAO episode (most show Jeff Dunham as the comedian guest but, obviously, Ben Kronberg must have stepped in at the last minute).
