There was 14 seeders for the demonoid torrent which turned out to be fake so the ammount of seeders means nothing. This is going mighty slow and I am not connected to any seeds and Azureus doesnt see any full copies of the game.

there is a way how to get past starforce. i used that on splinter cell chaos theory. it was without a crack back then, also starforce protected , but i get passed it using starforce nightmare.

If the game won't let you activate eng text, it doesn't mean there's no english text files. Maybe they still there but just deactivated, and you need to change some lines in option files to activate it... i'm just guessing...

1. To establish game.
2. To unpack the archive of " FS03.2.rar".
To establish the driver: Launching---> Control panel---> Installation of the equipment---> Further---> Yes, device is already connected---> Further---> [Idem] into the bottom of list, and we select " Addition of new in [ustroystva]" ---> Further---> Installation of equipment, from the list by hand---> Further---> To show all devices---> Further---> To establish from the disk-> Further---> To add the file of dev000.inf.
3. To install means into Daemon.
4. To play.

Alright, im running XP SP3 (32bit), installed the starforce work around via "add new hardware"
loaded with deamon tools, no language option, so i installed in russian, at the end of install......major hang, but i think all the files got put into place...endtask....next i go to run and it gives me something about xboxlive.dll or someshit....installed the MS software "games for windows" that included the dll... run the fallout3.exe yay........except its a loading bar with lots of "??????????????????????" after this some russian options are selectable but all lead to me not playing (ive tried all combos) any help?

I did what the instructions said and the installation went well ... but as soon as I am to start the game I get the copy protection thingy ...
but I am not using the 'work' version.
going to try that one now soon and hope that clears it up ...
the .mds file from the 'working' is 54kb for me and the one I had before only 9 ...
I d/l the 'work' over my unpacked old version of fallout3 I had d/l and it did a check and now it d/l another 5% that it consider missing or something =)

after that
1. Unpack the archive "FS03.2.rar"(you will find it in download directory with images).
Install the driver:
--- Start> Control Panel ---> Add New Hardware ---> Next ---> Yes, the device is already connected ---> Next ---> Come on in the bottom of the list, and choose "Add new device" -- -> Next ---> Installation of equipment from the list manually ---> Next ---> See all ---> Next ---> Have Disk -> Next ---> Add file dev000.inf .
2. Mount image in the Daemon (Daemon 4.3.1 Light or later).
3. Install the game.
4. Play.

I d/l the first version that came up on another site like 3-4h ago. then couldn´t launch it and then tried the workaround without upgrading to the 'work' version ... I am upgrading now and will try it soon again with the 'work' version. =)
but I do this just to play the game 2 days before it´s released in europe when I can get it in store =)

Here's how to get it English:
open regedit plz

what do u see on the right ?
languageid
and next to it ?
the number?

hmm....yes yes ive seen these screens before....from what eveyone is telling me you need to "upgrade" from this "version" to the
"work" version by downloading it to the same directory and have it overwrite....its an extra 7% i believe

I just updated (the work version) and installed ...
it froze at the last part of the install ... I run the fallout3 after fixed the starforce workaround and I got the the 'start' screen at least ... will jump into game now I hope

"Been waiting for fallout 3 ever since Van Buren died. Not having turnbased sucks but atleast they threw us the V.A.T.S bone which is basically bullet time on visual roids straight outa Max Payne.
I hope they just make the universe you play in FO3 as diverse and expansive as the predecessors.

control panel --->region and language ---> change both options under the first tab and advanced to russian restart load the installer bingo bango
now it give the option to install in russian or english
installing in english now......

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Change system Locale Unicode to Russian
Run installation and select english, install the game and then use whichever crack you want, (If you have vista 64bit like me there is a crack for it) and the game runs in English.
I have no clue about this version of the torrent but the other one is quite simple to get running in English.

Ok here is what i did to get this game full english+menus ( I have vista32b)
1st-Control Panel -> Regional Settings ->Administrative and changed system locale to Russian. Obligatory restart of system.
2nd-Mounted image and autorun comes up i click on install(Which is in russian) and i get a popup with some strange russian (it has a dropdown menu ) and u can change it to choose English. At this moment all ingame is English but menu is still russian.
3rd-I go to fallout3/data folder and rename Russian.esp to English.esp(This changed the menus to english)
4th-Enjoy in english :>

I have innstaled the game in english, it works fine. But when it comes to the meny language i cant change it to english. I found the Russian.esp file and renamed it to english.esp, but its still in russian. Anyone got the same problem? Or know how to fix it?

Really appreciate the upload BUT...
4000+leechers and 400+ seeders and I get a download speed of 10-30 kB/s!? My ports are forwarded just fine and I download at well over 400kB/s on other sites.
Even other FO3 torrents with even more seeders and leechers leaves me with rubbish speeds.
This is the first time TPB has had me on these low speeds... anyone have any ideas on how to fix????

Uh managed to install this without any problems, english voice and text Buuuut. how to hell i set wide screen resolution? The launcher (where you set the resolution) is in Russian and i dont understand a shit about it. Only see some resolutions and a selector to choose the 16:9 , 4:3 and so on, BUT even i'm changing the "selector" to 16:9 i see no widescreen resolution. Stupid to play 4:3 res with widescreen.

ok here's what i did (running 32bit xp sp3)
1. changed unicode (only unicode ) to russian
2. mounted the image (with daemon tools and all emulations on) and was able to choose english from dropdown menu. I think you can bypass the unicode thing with windows app applocale (which does exactly same thing, changes the unicode for a single exe or something like that)
3. Managed to install the game with all the Russian gibberish
4. Changed unicode to English (US) . I'm not sure what unicode i was using before changing it to Rus but i guess it was Finland , changed it nevertheless to English (US)
5. Boot
6. Run the game (without crack) and youll get something gibberish (i guess its starforce whine or something) , then press the lower button (for close ).
7. change the register at this point
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\1C Multimedia\Fallout 3\Keys\Settings\Protection\Gui
change languageid to value "19"
8. apply the Trivium crack (read the nfo)
9. Play
(if you are unfamiliar with editting register then press start - run - regedit - browse it to the said location and edit the register. Not that hard)

Hartsai, having problems at step 2. When I go to install AppLocale, I get some... WGAPluginInstall. I install that, it tells me I already have the plugin. I've never heard of AppLocale before today, wanna shed some light there?

erkki, actually the end of the installation tooks a while (took me something like 5min or so, maybe even more) so you should just wait and see. I think the register file appears after you try to launch the game before applying the crack.

I can confirm that this works perfectly with the TRIVIUM crack. Just remember to set all settings to russian before installing. You can switch it back after you've done that. Also, I found no (at least not apparent) need for the workaround stuff. Just put the crack in there and it worked. I'm on 32 xp.

I'm having a lot of trouble getting this to work. I did the whole change the thing to russian and it showed the drop down box allowing me to choose english, and now when I install, it gets to the end and just sits there. It's not "not responding" when I go into the task manager, it's just not doing anything. I tried closing it at this point and then applying the crack, and when I run the crack as administrator it says it cant find some of the files, but says it finished anyway. So when I run fallout 3 it was all still in russian. So I reinstalled and did the same thing and this time I get nothing but a big purple screen when I run it. So now on the 3rd installation, I am waiting and not closing the installer, but its been at this stopped point for 20 minutes.

Ok, well I got it to work and all and the voice acting is in English, but the text is all still in Russian. I applied the crack and all that, but some people are saying you need to edit the registry and I dont know what the hell they're talking about. I got into the regeditor and browsed to the fallout3 installation directory and am clueless as to what to change in there.
Also the russian.esp or whatever it was that I was supposed to change to english.esp wasnt there in the data folder this time I installed it, in english.
I've been waiting to play this game for like 3 years and if someone could write a simple guide for those of us that dont get cracked games 24/7 and aren't used to these work arounds, that would be amazing.

this is stupid... i didnt belive it untill i tried!
1. to install the game with english sound you have to change your system locale settings to russian. then when you run the installer it gives you a choice between russian and english (makes no sence to me, but works)
2. to change ingame text to english go to:
(game install path)\Data\ and delete russian.esp file
3. to change the game resolution go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\(user)\My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\FalloutPrefs.ini
and change iSize W and iSize H to whatever resolution you want
those are the things i had trouble with so i hope that helps

Game works great, tho can not seem to change the resolution (doesnt matter, very nice graphics and running smoothly).
Im on Vista 64 bit
Heres what I did:
1:Changed the System locale to Russian (Under language settings
2:Ran the Iso, choose English (Eventho the whole install was still in Russian)
3:www.gamecopyworld.com Trivium Russian crack
4:Installed the crack
5:Renamed the Russian.esp to English.esp in the Data folder (It pops up after the crack I think)
6: Played the game, and got stuck playing it for 9 hours straight (I dont know how i managed just got hooked love it and probably havent finished 20% of it)

Change Unicode for Russian,, then a menu will come out when you run setup.., But the menu in game is in Russian, so you have to learn Russian to understand the menu...

SimonMadison - go to control panel. Then go to Regional and Language Options. From there, click on the advanced tab, should something about non-unicode options - check Russian. Restart, then when you install, very first thing to pop up is a drop down menu - choose English, and there you go. Just install it from there (install language is Russian - just keep clicking forward till it installs).

Its all russian, and there's 15 different ways to change it to english, i'm giving up on this shit and download a proper english one instead. Salasar, you should have a better description for your torrent, a guide or something to change it to english. Or atleast tell us the installation is Russian..

But i have "small" another problem. The game runned nice , everythink was OK finnaly text and voices finnaly at english , but suddunly the game frozen. After ctrl+alt+del i was able to restart game. And i thought it was just some sort fo werid bug and the game runned good again for short period of time , than the game frozen again and ctrl+alt+del dont helped , i had to reset PC. And now from time to time when i launch the game it froze again , hole screen is black... ;(

It's really easy to get this into English, just follow these steps.
Download the image.
Mount it in Alcohol/Daemon/PowerIso/Anything.
Download the tool by Microsoft called "AppLocale".
Run that tool, navigate to the mounted DVD, and select setup.exe.
For language, it's the one that starts with a p(look up Russian Language on wikipedia to see what it looks like).
Select Run.
Select English from the drop down menu. If no drop down menu starts, you did it wrong.
If you're on Vista, you'll have problems with UAC, so just disable it for now.
Click through the installation, and let it completely install.
Download the Trivium crack from here.
Copy all the files from within the crack to into the Installation Directory.
Run "install.crack.bat".
Everything should work now after you click fallout3.exe.
If you have no voices or music, rename Russian.esp from within the data folder to English.esp.
I've installed this game this way on 3 different computers and it's worked fine in English entirely from this release, thanks a lot Salasar!

First, let me make sure you did this properly.
You installed it, let it finish completely at the end(may take 5 minutes or so), copied the 4 files from the T crack, and ran install.crack.bat?

Don't download please. A great deal of time went into developing this game. It is immense. Gargantuan. Support Bethesda if you want an episode 4. PC developers needs our support if you want them to support the platform. Resident 5 is not simo released on pc, any idea why?

Don't listen to the trolls this torrent works 100% and in 100% english, all you have to do is before installing the game (using some mounting sofware ie. Alchohol 120% my favorite or daemon tools)
go to control panel => Regional Language options => and change the language for non-Unicode programs to Russian
then run the game installer select English from the drop down menu click continue let it install then download some crack i personally used trivium and bam full game install in 100% english.
(I have installed this on 3 computers two windows xp and one windows vista 64 bit, all work 100% have played for over 3 days no crashes or bugs and no malware or trojans with the torrent.)

ok a clear guide this worked for me on both vista and xp if you are still having trouble leave a message and i'll try to help you out but rest assured this torrent is good.
1. Download a mounting software, I personally prefer Alcohol 120% its a nicer interface and easier to navigate through than daemon tools.
2. Go to Control Panel => Regional Language options => (advanced tab in XP) or administrative tab in vista => Under Launuage for non-Unicode programs click shange system local and select Russia => RESTART YOUR COMPUTER to apply the changes
3. Run the game installation a dialog box will come out with a drop down menu available in the menu select English.
4. Continue through the installation just like anything else you've installed in your life by clicking the next button until it does something.
5. Download a crack trivium was the one i used and i recommend it, just copy the files and replace the existing files in the folder you installed the game to.
5. Run the game and enjoy!
Common Problems:
1. Either text or dialog is still in russian go to the folder you installed the game to and change the file called russian.esp to english.esp. That should fix this problem.
2. Crashes, im not quite sure either the download had problems and has a corrupt data or your installation went wrong and has corrupt data, so all you can really do is reinstall and if that fails then i guess re-download the torrent. :(
Recommendations:
1.USE Alcohol 120% much better than Daemon tools.....
2. Trivium crack works well no problems, or you can just keep the CD mounted and not use a crack :P also works, and you avoid the poss ability of getting malware or trojans from the cracks.
I havent tried installing on vista 32bit but usually 64bit has the most problems and i had none so i doubt that 32bit should have any problems either.

1. Uninstall Fallout 3
2. Run AppLocale

3. Mount Fallout
4. Click Next>Launch an application. Find the 'Setup.exe' located on the mounted FO3 Disc and click Next.
5. For the language of the application scroll down and near the bottom choose pkcc one in the AppLocale lang option it's near the bottom

7. Just click next through the gibberish language installation, changing only the installation location of you wish.

In the data folder is there a file Russian.esp or English.esp?
If it's english.esp, try renaming it to russian.esp, as dumb as that sounds it worked on my friend computer for english voices, he had the same problem as you.

it wasnt there
i have english text and some english audio not direct talking audio
maybe i have to install it in russian because the file seem to show when i installed it in russian then

I could get it to work but:
had to download xlife.dll and something else.dll
jused the trivium crack(search it on tpb)
then it finaly worked but howmuch is juse the esp in every way: call it russian.esp = rusian voices, english.esp = russian voices, also wen you juse the data file(in the launcher)(wich is in russian...) the game crases when giving birth) i think downloading skulputa's rip or the reloaded one is much better :D

1) go to start->control panel->regional and language->Advanced tab
change to russian
check all of them in the "code page conversion tables"
->Regional Options tab
change to Russian
click ok
Restart Comp
2) turn on Daemon or Alcohol and mount the image
3) explore the cd (do not auto run) select "setup.exe"
4) a pop-up appears, select english from the drop down and click ok
5) new window appears, click accept (note: it will be in Russian, but you should have had enough pop-ups in your life to know which one is the "Accept" and which is the "cancel") just keep accepting until you come to the one with the check boxes, select all and continue clicking "accept" until it starts to install
6) go watch a 1-2 hr long movie cause the install takes awhile...
7) when you get back it should be done installing, now go to "gamecopyworld.com" and find "fallout 3"
8) download the "fallout 3v1.0 [english] no-dvd/fixed exe" and the "fallout 3v1.0[Russian]no-dvd/fixed exe" (they are the last two on the list)
9) unzip the files to your desktop
10) go to start->mycomputer->c: drive-> program files->bethesda softworks->fallout 3
11) make copies of "Falloutlauncher.exe" and "fallout3.exe"
12) rename the copies to like "Falloutlauncher2.exe" or something... you just want to keep a copy of the origional...
13) open the russian file you downloaded from gamecopyworld and drag the 4 files into your fallout 3 folder (note: it SHOULD ask you if you wish to replace the files... click yes to all)
14) run the "install.crack.bat" file
15) now... somewhere in one of the folders (inside the fallout 3 folder) should be a file called "Russian.esp" when you find it just drag it to your desktop (this will convert the game into english)
16) now rename the "FalloutLauncher.exe" to something like "FalloutLauncher_russian.exe" or whatever....
17) open up the english file you downloaded from gamecopyworld and drag the "Falloutlauncher.exe" into your Fallout3 folder
18) double click the "Falloutlauncher.exe" (this is the english one you downloaded from gamecopyworld)
19) click options and set your options! when your done click "ok" now pay attention to which one says "Play" and CLICK "exit"
20) go back to your fallout 3 folder and click "Falloutlauncher_Russian.exe" and click on "Play"

It was destroyed by me (but u can cut it from Data folder somwhere on your harddrive if u planning play rus f3 :)
16) - 20) I dont need it. I just run Fallout3.exe(or Fallout Launcher) from ...\Fallout 3 directory and voices & text was English.
Note: Sometimes when u "drag" files from folders (like Russian.esp) the copy of file stays in that folder. Pay attention and make sure that u annihilate it ^^
