Yup, its a perfect copy. Picture and especially the sound are a 10. Subs work and are in English...though not perfect.
The ending 3 mins of the film is after the closing credits so make sure you don't cut that out.

Please somebody make decent rips of Mamoru Oshii's films, not with the damn karaoke hardsubs and shitty anime-fan-styled stuff in the video that really destroys overall quality. I wouldn't download this if I want a CLEAN rip.
