To activate the product, you must enter the serial number; to enter the serial number, you must connect to the Uniblue Server to confirm the validity of the aforementioned serial number. If we disconnect from the internet and/or block the program at the firewall, we will be unable to connect to the server, and therefore unable to activate (and use the full version) of the product.
That being said, neither of the 2 serial numbers you provided are valid. I appreciate the time you put into uploading this, but myself and the entire community would fully appreciate instructions that apply, and not just useless uploads, serials, and comments by you, bigwimpie.

I found that the seriel number by Roscoe at bottom of comments works...but...WARNING!!!...I wish someone would come up with a decent registry cleaner!! I ran this one, and it found 400 entries and cleaned them all...unfortunately it also cleaned off half my drivers...no sound..no battery charger (laptop) when I tried the "restore" within the registry cleaner, it restored the dead strings but not the drivers, the only way I got them back was by doing a system restore in windows...just thought I'd let you guys know...

I don't know how can some people say the key worked. I only saw 2 people saying what hapened when you use the instructions provided by the uploader. If you block it with your firewall, you won't be able to active nothing, because activation requires conecting to their server. Without it, you only get a message saying they can't verify it, because they can't conect. And if you do it online, both keys are invalid. As are all the others in the comments.
