PAL = 50 Hz, NTSC = 60 Hz. The reason they go black and white is that your tv doesn't support 60 Hz, or your scart cable is no good. You can get a modified RGB Scart cable whitch should work fine. This also solves the green screens on some dvd's.
Just use Nero, Unrar the .RAR files with WinRAR, in Nero Quick Start select Burn from image, select the image, and burn it.
I have a chipped PS2, with RGB Scart, and i can play everything. Pal, NTSC, JAP, doesn't matter.
For the folks who still don't understand, you must have a modified ps2, chipped ps2 or something like swap magic to play back-ups. Nothing you back up will work an a standard PS2 without modifications.

I cant play it :( I have chipped PS2, but it wont read the disk. I burned it with Nero 8, with writing speed 8 or 16 (cant remember)... Does anyone else has problems? And if anyone fixed it, please tell how to play the game...

where is says video Normal change that to ntsc and then it will boot any pal game to work with your ntsc TV

When using swap magic with pal games the initial settings will leave the screen black and white. Here is the fix:
When you are in the menu after swapping discs but before running the game change your region setting on the swap magic menu TO PAL. It will not work if you select your region (NTSC).
Give it a try.
