The best swedish translation (and one of the best foreign translations ever) of the Koran is that of Muhammad Knut Bernström called "Koranens budskap".
The audio book rights have been bought by a publisher but it has never been published as an audiobook yet. The book itself is worth picking up though since it contains a lot of footnotes and explanations in swedish.

I am quite late coming in on this thread. First of all, I appreciate the share as I find this one of the most readable translations. Why does someone want to read an audio book? This user happens to be blind and not braille literate.
Is there also an active torrent of the audio Version of the Sublime Qurn anywhere?
What really gets to me is the tone of the discussion on here or rather the mud raking that is going on. I read the qurn though I am not a Muslim. In fact, I am a confessing though probably more liberate Christian. I do not agree with everything in the qurn nor with all muslim doctrine. However, as this is the end of 2014, the world is facing a great challenge by the so-called Islamic state who commit many crimes against humanity, against muslims and non-muslims alike. For this alone, I think it is important to understand what the qurn and Prophet Mohammed really teach.
the three monotheistic world religions share so many roots and according to their respective scriptures all worship the one true god
it would be helpful to concentrate on what unites rather than what divides and help support the beautiful world the Creator has entrusted us with to survive.
