SciFi (or to any others who could help)
I have a portable DVD player which can connect to a USB key which means i can-and do- watch downloaded Japanese television or movies etc
BUT i just cannot get these files to play. I have converted the files to mp5 and the other files which my player supports but still no joy. My player does support .avi files but as it didn't play i thought i should convert.
Do you have any exprience in this matter by any chance ? My family and i want to watch these through the television which is why i am trying.
Any idea please ?

Thanks SciFi.As to the question i asked i now realise i need to convert the files to movie clip rather than video clip.Hope this helps others in the same boat :)

No problem SciFi.The fact you are doing this for Sumo fans around the globe means that you are beyound complaint imho. BTW i'm an English Sumo fan and have been sinse 1988! Only Europenas can watch Sumo on satalite but we can't in the UK!
So you have meant that my whole family can get our fixes !
Plus i recommend FormatFactory for changing file formats. It's free and BRILLIANT! I found it yesterday after trying a fee others.

I convert these files to dvd using convertx to dvd which can be found here...thanks again sci-fi..J&T
