go to your startup> run> type "regedit" > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE> KONAMI> Yu-Gi-Oh! Power Of Chaos> system.
and delete the CommonDir and InstalDirJ.

Torrent works perfectly. Really simple to use. Just extract and play. After following britz2's instructions my cards saved as well. Although I had to open an additional folder after software named "Wow6432Node" then Konami. Anyway, cheers.
