You don't need one. The crack included still needs CD but this one scans everywhere so it work if you mount the second image included. I do that and it works. So don't be lazy! And make sure you store those images for reinstalling if you do something wrong!

Check the Options BEFORE you load or start a new game. You can change the resolutions there. So don't ever think there is only 640x480x16 (I don't know why R* set the default screen resolution the worse one...)

I think I installed it right, I click Play GTA Vice City but I get a message saying;
"Grand Theft Auto VC cannot find enough available memory video"
How do I get around this?

@itsMorgie That probably means that you do not have enough HD (Hard Drive) space to run this game.
