umm, first of all know that you need the basic game, next, make sure they are installed to the same directory, EU games are installed over eachother. thats all i can think of, beyond that just tinker with it

Thanks but I tried many things...installing VV over vanilla, over a patched install (to 1.3), installing to a random dir then copying over the files to the vanilla directory..nothing works.
Checked the registry and the entry says VaeVictus 2.0 after installing.
Maybe one of the other 32 seeds can help us out?

It's legit, that's the actual size of the expansion. for those without experience with Paradox games, the expansions rarely contain more than heavily over-worked text files as the games are contained almost entirely in logic as compared to in major machine code. The expansions are little more than professionally worked mods for the games, unless there's a MAJOR overhaul to the base system. It's rare a Paradoxian game's expansion pack will be larger than 20-50mb.
