Swedish
Danish
Icelandic
and NO, it does not have to include Finland to be a Nordic REL.
Multisubs = more than UK/US - Spanish and Nordic Audio and/or Subtitles. ie. a movie with english audio and Danish, Swedish, Norweigan, Icelandic, Finnish, Arabic, Dutch etc subtitles is MULTiSUBBED.
Movies with nothing but standard R1 subtitles (English, Spanish and at times French) should not include anything in the REL, but;
