NTSC-PAL app (used to run Psychonauts USA on my PAL XBOX)

I downloaded this app the other day, loaded it on my XBOX and now I can play the Psychonauts USA game no sweat... works for me... will it work for you ... who knows I have XBOX with Xecuter and EvolutionX. When I tried to play Psychonauts USA, it just dropped back down to dashboard. Tried changeing NTSC/PAL video mode in settings, same thing happened. Loaded this little app, set to NTSC, rebooted and Psychonauts USA loads fine. I put the app in eapps and edited evox.ini, added this line so it shows as last item on menu.
