Fiat Lux - Fac Ut Vivas - Unreleased album, 1986

At the beginning of the 00's while I was running my Rare 80's MP3 site I posted quite a few tracks from one of my favourite bands of the 80's, Fiat Lux. I was contacted by a person who claimed to be "close to the band". I did think "yeah, right", but was surprised after a flurry of emails to receive a CD of their unreleased album from 1986. Most of the tracks had been released on singles, but there were a few unheard gems, "The Moment" and "Breaking the Boundaries" being the highlights. I was given permission to post the remaining tracks which I did. I've posted these tracks both individually and collectively over the years and other torrents deride from those past postings. Now we have a great uploader here who "knows" what great music is all about. Fiat Lux is my all time favorite obscure 80s band. It's shocking that these tracks were never released as a full lp. It would have made one of the best new wave records of the 80s. You just needed to add House of Thorns and Feels Like Winter to all these great tunes. One of band members, Ian Nelson, passed away April 23rd, 2006, on what would have been his 50th birthday.

Yeah, it was sad when Ian Nelson died, I'm also a big Bill Nelson fan and there was quite a lot of detail on his forums.
I first saw Fiat Lux as a support band and followed them from there. Do check out the live tracks from the Commercial Breakdown video on another torrent upload.

128kbps is ok but 320kbps sounds so much better. Please let me know. thank you!
