Hey I got a Problem!!! I downloaded all the stuff i imported windows 7 and XP but when i turn it on its ask me ti put the CD of DVD ??? What should i do?? Plzz help

Ok this might sound really stupid.... Downloaded it, got it to work, running fine! Do i need a copy of Windows? I downloaded a version of XP as an iso file and have tried everything to make it run with Parallel 5 but it won't. tips?
