im gonna DL this out of curiosity and open mind but alot of wut these guys are saying are facts.(and a lot of u are full of shit) .DVD shrink did stop production a long time ago with no intention of making a newer version (last time i checked which was awhile ago) as it was unnecessary, and if you paid money fro dvd shrink which has always been freeware then you got fucked. and yes there is alot af assholes trying to cash in on the DVD shrink guys hardwork who had always given it away for free. It is possible however that with the advent of Vista that they decided to make a comeback with an other wise perfect product or give permission for sumone else to do so or maybe there just bored or maybe (god forbid) they sold rights which i doubt. and ftr i use DVD shrink with vista and it still works flawlessly. nero is changeing seemingly everyday however and since DVD shrink is made to work right along with nero maybe that would make a new version nesacary..who knows..im just gonna download it for the fuck of it and for the rest of you noobs......for gods sake! LEARN WUT THE FUCK GOOGLE IS. cause everything us non noobs learned came mostly from this old fashion thing called research and Google is the shit and every answer on earth is right there and not here asking stupid questions and talking shit with the hope that we wont know that your fucking half retarded.............cause we know. :) AMEN

This very much is the reall thing im greatful for anit and thanks for teh upload. I had been hoping that the DVD shrink guys would upgrade this eventually and they finaly did. Kudos. Lke most new programs it has that new "vista: look and feel to it....havente had teh chance to use it yet but im sure its great and am optimistic to looking forward to it maybe being even better...which would be hard to belive seeing how awesome DVD Shrink always was. thanks for the up. thanks for all involved.

Did you really pay for this? DVD Shrink has always been free and even the websites says it still is. The paying good money reference was the first thign that threw me off. Although they do accept donations i believe.

open the .msi file with winrar,dont forget to
uncheck the case (always open with this program)
extract,and found the file of 584k rename it
dvdshrink.exe and try it without anydvd.

The latest version of DVD Shrink was released in 2004 (version 3.2.0.15); there have been no others. The soundalikes are either DVD Shrink 3.2.0.16 with minor cosmetic changes, or unrelated software.
