Stop picking on this guy! It's a great idea to upload something that's kinda big, counting in at 729 MB. Some ppl might have troubles downloading this from Apples servers, while using torrents balances the load pretty well and makes it possible to download the update even faster.
Not everything needs to be illegal just because it's torrents!

With only 1 seeder and 5 leechers, would this download faster than Apple's servers? Don´t think so...
The built-in Software Update in OS X gets the package that is need for *each* machine. Most of us don't need the full 729 megs in this torrent anyway...
