To quality of the movie is not good - the picture contains lots of separate pixels (small squares), not smooth lines. And subtitles are hardcoded (!).

I don't know is it the codec fault - DivX 4 (OpenDivX), or the method of ripping, but the outcome are not satisfactory. By the way, other specs:

I found other rip of the movie, made by Qtrmeg (on mininova there are no seeds, but on the original release site - classiccinemazone dot com still are some). The size of that rip is much smaller - 700mb and the quality much better. To compare:

Agreed, it's not the best rip - there are better ones out there (sorry!).

The hard-coded subs (in yellow) are a huge distraction. Find another torrent.
